Dr. David J. Francati, DDS

Dr. Sherry L. Waters, DDS

Dr. Sherry Waters is originally from Florida where she received her Bachelors degree in Biology from the University os Central Florida. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1998 and has been an ongoing participant in the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society and Delta Sigma Dental fraternity.

Dr. Waters served 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserves where she was awarded several medals including the Army Achievement Medal for her participation in the Global War on Terrorism. She was also named as one of "Cleveland's top Dentists" in Northern Ohio Live magazine.

She lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband Dan, Children Max and Marley and Porter the pointer.

Dr. Bradley L. McCormack, DDS

Dr. Bradley McCormack graduated from Bowling Green University in 1998 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree. After college Dr. McCormack continued his education in Dentistry at THE Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. McCormack practices multiple areas of Family Dentistry including cosmetic, restorative, implants, orthodontics, (Invisalign invisible braces), endodontics (root canals), dentures and oral surgery. He also enjoys treating children and making sure they have positive dental experiences each and every visit.

Dr. McCormack is a member of the American Dental Association, the Greater Cleveland Dental Society and the Ohio Dental Association.

He resides in Avon with his wife Lisa and daughter Riley.

Dr. Matthew Smith, DDS

Dr. Matthew Smith was born and raised in Westlake, OH where he graduated from Westlake High School.  He received a bachelors degree in biological sciences from Ohio University in 2004.  After graduation, Dr. Smith furthered his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Smith enjoy practicing multiple aspects of dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, implant dentistry including implant supported dentures, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), and removable dentures.  He also pays special attention to ensuring that pediatric patients feel comfortable and have a positive experience at the dental office.

He is an ongoing member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Association.

He currently resides in Westlake.

As a highly valued member of the dental team, Expanded-Function Dental Auxiliaries (EFDAs) work in conjunction with our doctors to provide the highest dental care. Because of their advanced training and certifications, EFDA's are able to place fillings and sealants for our Patients. To be certified as an EFDA, a dental assistant must have completed 160 hours of additional instruction, including 80 hours of clinical experience and they must pass the Ohio State Dental Board's designated examination for expanded function dental auxiliaries.
